Executive Culinary Director

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day activities of our kitchen at The Park Hotels(Goa). This role involves controlling and directing the food preparation process, as well as leading a team of kitchen staff.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan menus that showcase our culinary expertise and cater to the tastes of our guests.
  2. Approve and polish dishes before they are served to ensure high-quality standards.
  3. Manage the kitchen's inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for staff development and performance improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Head Chef who can drive our culinary vision and maintain our commitment to excellence.

Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary trends and best practices.
  • Credentials in health and safety training and a degree in Culinary Science or related field.
