Job Description:

The Global Business Expansion Strategist will be responsible for spearheading the company's expansion efforts, overseeing sales and marketing strategies, and managing a high-performing team to ensure the organization achieves its business objectives in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and oversee sales targets, ensuring their achievement across regions.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Design and launch innovative travel packages tailored to market demands.
  • Train and mentor the sales and marketing teams to enhance their productivity.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through seamless service delivery and relationship management.

Organizational Activities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with corporate clients, tourism boards, and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and leverage them to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align business development efforts with operational capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development from the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
  • Leadership and team management expertise.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
