Global Sales Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional Global Sales Strategist to spearhead sales initiatives, drive market expansion, and manage high-value client relationships across the globe.
This pivotal role requires expertise in IT and engineering services, with a proven track record of designing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying opportunities, managing end-to-end sales processes, and achieving business growth in diverse industries.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with global clients and stakeholders, as well as experience in team leadership, sales performance management, and sales forecasting.
About the Role:
- Sales Strategy & Market Expansion: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for global markets, focusing on North America, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services across industries such as Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, MSPs, and more.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to client acquisition, account management, and retention. Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives (CEOs, CTOs, VPs) and other key decision-makers.
- Engagement Models & Service Delivery: Propose and implement flexible engagement models, including time-and-material, managed services, and subscription-based solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with offerings in services domain.
- Revenue Generation & Upselling: Focus on high-growth accounts to maximize revenue and meet sales targets. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across diverse client portfolios.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and goal-oriented work culture aligned with the company's vision.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in global sales leadership roles within IT and engineering services.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of targeted industries and technology services.
Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and stakeholders.
Strategic Mindset: Exceptional skills in designing and executing strategic sales initiatives.
Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. A USA Visa is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
