Enterprise Growth Strategist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Growth Strategist to drive our outbound sales strategy and contribute to the growth of Notchup, a leading B2B SaaS platform.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will own and execute sales strategies, engage prospects, and generate opportunities to scale our client base globally. The primary focus is on medium to large enterprises, with an emphasis on identifying new prospects, channels, and data sources.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective outbound B2B sales strategies to grow the Notchup platform.
- Foster a deep understanding of Notchup's value proposition and its competitive edge in addressing customer needs.
- Target and engage medium to large enterprises through various sales channels.
- Create and optimize email sequences, calling scripts, and outbound campaigns to maximize lead generation.
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact to deal closure and platform sign-ups.
- Promote upselling to paid plans by guiding leads to activate and leverage platform features effectively.
- Manage and track monthly targets for junior team members, with long-term plans for expanding the inside sales team.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams to assess and optimize inbound and outbound lead strategies.
- Engage with product development to provide valuable feedback and suggest improvements.
- Continuously review and refine lead generation processes and tools to automate and scale efforts efficiently.
- Attend industry events and conferences as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in HRTech SaaS for tech companies (US/Europe market).
- A proven track record in generating B2B leads through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- An in-depth understanding of competitors and the SaaS landscape.
