Job Summary:
We are seeking an Electronics and Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee - Electronics & Sales, you will support the sales team in technical discussions, product demonstrations, and customer engagements across the country. Your role will involve converting technical leads into successful sales while gaining hands-on experience in both electronics engineering and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers
- Provide technical support during customer inquiries and help in converting leads into orders
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions
- Participate in sales meetings, customer visits, and industry events across the country
- Support the preparation of technical documentation and reports for customers and internal teams
- Continuously update your knowledge of the latest products, technologies, and industry trends
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure smooth sales operations
- Engage with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
