Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will spearhead remote lead generation efforts for US accounts, securing Statements of Work (SOWs) within the staffing industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the US market, prioritizing remote lead generation for staffing services and SOWs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships remotely, understanding their unique business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals aligning with client objectives.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven sales or business development experience, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the US market with demonstrated expertise in remote lead generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a dynamic remote environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a history of surpassing sales targets.
Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
