Employee Data Management Specialist

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Employee Data Management Specialist to manage employee data processes accurately and efficiently. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless employee data management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client processes as per business rules and execute accurate and timely processing.
- Escalate complex issues and seek advice from experts when necessary.
- Follow established work instructions while processing.
- Highlight anomalies in work instructions/process documentation to SME/Leads.
- Manage client conference calls and document key discussions.
- Perform root cause analysis on issues faced and suggest corrective action for current remediation and future control.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong customer orientation with high responsiveness to urgent requests or troubleshooting.
- Resilience under pressure and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality-driven communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Collaborative teamwork and cultural awareness.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and shifting schedules.
Functional Competencies:
- Knowledge of employee data management processes, including new hires, exits, and job changes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and familiarity with SuccessFactors would be beneficial.
