Job Title: Employee Engagement Specialist

This role involves managing and enhancing the employee experience throughout their lifecycle. The specialist will focus on conducting structured employee connects, leveraging HR analytics to generate actionable insights, and using data to inform objective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct structured 15:30:60-day and 1:1 connects with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance the onboarding experience.
  2. Design, implement, and manage engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
  3. Develop and execute the annual engagement calendar for all stakeholders, including manager recognition celebrations and initiatives that promote team connects and collaboration.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
  • Proven ability to derive actionable insights from data and present them to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and managing surveys and analyzing results.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, or data visualization platforms.

As an employee engagement specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being. You will work closely with HR teams to ensure alignment with the broader talent management strategy.
