Human Resources Business Partner Job Opportunity

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, formulating partnerships across the HR function, and delivering value-added services that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and performance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective investigations
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions and programs
  • Act as a change agent to drive process design and approaches that support transformation
  • Coordinate IC meetings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
