Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

About This Role:
  • Partner with senior leadership to enhance the organization's human resources capabilities through planning, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard top talent, developing a culture of growth and improvement, and fostering a productive work environment.
  • Conduct performance management, provide actionable feedback, and lead training initiatives for employees.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring seamless employee experiences and compliance with regulations.
  • Drive Talent Development at ground level in Engineering, Automotive, or Steel industries.
  • Handle overall plant and corporate HR, local liaisoning, Factory act, and local departments liaisoning.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • MBA in HR, focusing on strategic human resources management and organizational development.
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in driving business outcomes.
Required Competencies:
  • Strong workforce recruiting, retention, development, and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees, driving business results through effective communication.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
