
HR Business Partner

As a strategic business partner, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Your responsibilities will include managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
Key objectives include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Building effective relationships between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure a diverse and talented workforce
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Designing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Creating a positive and inclusive working environment that fosters collaboration and innovation
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintaining a competitive pay plan and benefits program
- Identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to architect strategy and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
