As a strategic business partner, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Your responsibilities will include managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

Key objectives include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Building effective relationships between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure a diverse and talented workforce
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Designing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Creating a positive and inclusive working environment that fosters collaboration and innovation
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintaining a competitive pay plan and benefits program
  • Identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decision-making

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to architect strategy and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
