Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Channel Partners to achieve sales targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of sales strategies.
  • Ensure all assigned partners adhere to SOPs for customer acquisition, retention, and store operations.
  • Develop and execute plans to improve staff productivity and quality, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Design and execute sales promotion activities to acquire new customers, including BTL elements, promotional campaigns, mall activation events, and more.
  • Lead a team of promoters in the assigned territory to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Cultivate corporate tie-ups to generate new revenue streams and identify innovative ways to acquire new customers at stores.

Requirements:

  • MBA degree compulsory.
  • Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, graduation, and MBA.
  • At least one year of work experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to travel up to 20 days per month.

Salary: ₹8-10 lakhs per annum
