**Role Description:**
The Inside Sales Team Lead will be responsible for target achievement, customer service, team management, and team leadership on a day-to-day basis.
This is a full-time on-site role at FACE Prep in Coimbatore, and the ideal candidate will have strong sales and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Team Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and team morale
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales and leadership roles
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to motivate and mentor team members
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in the tech sector is a plus
**Estimated Salary:** ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
