About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts, focusing on creating new opportunities and maximizing existing ones. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing Annual Marketing Plans: Design and implement annual marketing plans tailored to our target audience segments, aligned with our overall business strategy and budget.
- Launching Targeted Marketing Programs: Develop and execute targeted marketing programs to increase reach, expand our funnel size, boost conversions, and maximize revenue per customer.
- Creating Briefs for Marketing Initiatives: Craft impactful content and collaborate with internal and external teams (agencies) to bring our marketing campaigns to life.
- Tracking and Monitoring Campaign Milestones: Establish processes for tracking campaign progress, providing pre- and post-campaign analysis, and recommending next steps.
- Supporting New Business Initiatives: Assist in designing and executing campaigns and marketing events to drive business growth in Construction functions.
- Building Trust and Long-Term Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and customers through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Managing Records and Data: Ensure accurate records of sales, revenue, and important data to inform business decisions.
- Making Professional Decisions: Make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment, leveraging market research and industry trends.
- Improving Customer Experience: Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing).
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
