Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Lead to join our team in Coimbatore. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving business initiatives and supporting client interactions.

You will identify service lines of business and gather relevant information from various stakeholders to create proposal responses. Your strong communication skills and knowledge of technology evolution will help you leverage AI for quick turnaround and contribute to building IP through white papers and solution accelerators.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in business development or a related field, with a background in opportunity management, stakeholder management, and knowledge management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying service lines of business and gathering relevant information
  • Creating proposal responses from various stakeholders
  • Leveraging AI for quick turnaround
  • Contributing to building IP through white papers and solution accelerators

The salary for this position is ₹25 lakhs per annum, plus benefits such as best-in-class packages, paid holidays, flexible paid time away, and medical insurance coverage.
