Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at FACE Prep in Coimbatore. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives, and leading a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and increase revenue.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Mentor and train sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, including team leadership and strategy development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Experience working in the tech sector is a plus.
