Responsibilities
- Training and Onboarding Support: Assist in both sales onboarding and ongoing training programs by coordinating sessions, managing the training calendar, preparing training materials, and ensuring smooth execution of enablement initiatives.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between sales, product, and strategic teams to ensure alignment on enablement initiatives, such as responsive playbook updates and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Presentation and Document Support: Assist in creating presentation materials and documents for team meetings, leadership meetings, and other internal communications.
- Win-Loss Vendor Relationship: Coordinate with the sales rep and vendor to gather insights for win-loss reports, support documenting and analyzing key learnings, and share actionable insights with the sales team.
