Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our sales team. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, create engaging learning materials, and conduct impactful training sessions.
- Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs, including content creation, instructional design, and delivery methods.
- Develop sales training materials, including presentations, sales playbooks, case studies, and product knowledge resources.
- Conduct dynamic and interactive sales training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or a similar position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a sales trainer or sales training manager, designing and delivering sales training programs.
