Training Manager role is a leadership role, responsible for leading and executing learning initiatives by engaging with clients/program leaders across organizations to identify and scope learning related business requirements/challenges, conduct fact-based analyses and develop actionable recommendations to drive business impact through improvements in new hire and program performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing training programs for a tech sales campaign that operates in the cyber security domain, with a strong focus on core cyber security services, product offering, competitor space, product's market space and positioning, setting up best in class framework that complements the business model and supports in tapping new sales, product upselling and customer retention.

This role will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Lead the training, learning and development for client campaigns that will involve new sales, upselling, cross selling or customer retention. Develop and implement strategic learning and development initiatives.
  • Serve as a catalyst for unlocking the potential of employees, facilitating knowledge transfer, and fostering a learning ecosystem.
  • Drive the knowledge management process and actively contribute to Sutherland's digital transformation journey.
  • Build a strong round the year training roadmap.
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of all employees. These programs includes technical training, leadership development, sales & retention training, coaching workshop/ role-based training & certification plan etc.
  • Manage training Content including Digital Content Management, build collective knowledge, and develop new trainings.
  • Assist the program team in meeting all key qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to build knowledge and new talent solutions.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate for this role will have the following attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Six Sigma and/or Lean Sigma trained and/or certified.
  • Strong Communication & Commitment to develop and deliver training
  • Excellent track record in working in tech sales campaign.
  • Excellent knowledge of our client's businesses, products and revenue model.
  • Ability to manage client conversations, presentations, and articulate Sutherland's winning approach
  • Culture of collaboration and continuous improvement that fosters employee engagement and retention.
  • Ability to position Sutherland's talent transformation, innovation, and differentiation in a compelling manner
  • Strong ability to motivate teams
  • Ability to pro-actively find opportunities for talent growth and development
  • Candidate will possess natural leadership capabilities with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
