Business Development Executive – Training Solutions

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client engagement and expand our reach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, lead generation, and strategic business development. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and reaching out to new clients via calls, emails, and networking.
- Understanding client training requirements and offering customized solutions.
- Building strong relationships with corporate clients and educational institutions.
- Driving sales and business growth by converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Client Outreach
- Proactively call, email, and network with corporate clients, HR professionals, and school administrators.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through structured follow-ups.
2. Client Needs Analysis & Solutioning
- Engage in deep-dive conversations with decision-makers to assess training needs.
- Present UTHs training programs effectively, highlighting their impact on workforce productivity.
- Recommend tailored learning solutions for corporate upskilling, leadership development, soft skills, and industry-specific training.
3. Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to increase client conversion rates.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/demos with senior sales and training consultants.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
4. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain an organized database of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress, lead conversions, and client feedback.
5. Relationship Management & Client Retention
- Establish long-term partnerships with businesses by ensuring excellent communication.
- Gather and act on client feedback to continuously refine training solutions.
Education & Experience
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, telecalling, or lead generationideally in corporate training, education, or HR solutions.

- Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to confidently present and sell training solutions.
- Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking.
- Networking & Relationship Management: Ability to build strong client connections.
