About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in training and development, with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in the education industry. They will possess strong leadership and management skills to lead a training team effectively, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Assess training needs and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create and evaluate training curriculum, materials, and content to ensure they are engaging, informative, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of training materials and methodologies.
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in the education industry, with a proven track record in training and development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills to lead a training team effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
