As a Learning & Development and Employee Experience Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping the growth of Zalaris employees and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Your role will be pivotal in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs, offering you the creative freedom to make a significant impact. You'll collaborate across departments and leverage the latest tools in the industry, all in the pursuit of empowering our employees.
Responsibilities
Training and Development (75%)
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs tailored to the needs of various departments and target groups, in close cooperation with the business.
- Create and implement high-quality training materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, instructional videos and live training sessions.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement (25%)
- Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement.
- Assist in creating and delivering communications that keep employees informed and engaged.
Experience and skills
- Experience in employee training, development, and employee experience roles.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning module is an advantage
- Knowledge of the latest trends in Employee Learning and Development.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong content creation skills, including flow in writing, eye for detail, and fresh look for design materials.
- Impeccable command of the English language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Graphic design skills are a plus.
