Entrepreneur Development Executive

This role is responsible for developing and managing a network of clean energy entrepreneurs.

  1. The Entrepreneur Development Executive will identify and select suitable candidates from vocational training centers and ITIs supported by Schneider Electric.
  2. These selected candidates will be empowered and supported to establish and grow their businesses.
  3. The Entrepreneur Development Executive will lead a team of business development associates to expand the Access to Energy business through the network of micro enterprises.
  4. Innovative commercial policies will be developed and implemented to drive growth and success for the channel.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. The Entrepreneur Development Executive will develop strategies and action plans for new business initiatives within the Access to Energy sector.
  2. Collaboration with partner organizations will be crucial to leverage their entrepreneur development programs and enhance the network of entrepreneurs.
  3. Coaching, training, and support will be provided to micro-enterprises to help them succeed and retain business.
  4. Engagement with internal and external stakeholders will ensure business objectives are met and conflicts are managed effectively.
