We are seeking a professional to lead our clean energy entrepreneur network by identifying and selecting talented individuals from vocational training centers and ITIs.

  • Develop strategies and action plans for expanding our Access to Energy business through micro-enterprises.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to enhance their entrepreneur development programs and leverage their networks.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to micro-enterprises to ensure their success and retention in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and manage the clean energy entrepreneur network to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of business development associates to expand the Access to Energy business.
  • Develop and implement innovative commercial policies to drive growth and success for the channel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
