Business Development Manager

Businesses are seeking experienced professionals to drive growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding the presence of Amazon Pay among offline merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate key partnerships with offline merchants to integrate Amazon Pay as their preferred digital payment solution.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase adoption and usage of Amazon Pay among B2C brands and merchants.
  • Manage relationships with decision-makers within stores and brands to ensure long-term success and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for creative, business-generating initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience in setting up and managing sales pipelines, interpreting data, and making business recommendations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
