
Merchant Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchant Acquisition Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing merchants, identifying new business opportunities, and driving all activities of the acquiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with existing merchants to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development: Identify new merchant opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new businesses.
- Activation & Deployment: Activate and deploy QR codes in standalone retailers to increase sales and revenue.
- Acquiring Lifecycle: Drive all activities of the acquiring lifecycle, including merchant sales, activation, and servicing.
- Deep Understanding: Possess a deep understanding of the merchant acquiring business and its associated processes.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate good English language communication and presentation skills.
- Local Language Knowledge: Have good written and verbal knowledge of local languages in the market.
- Data Analysis: Possess good knowledge of Excel for data analysis and region-specific requirements.
