IT Business Development Director

Key Responsibilities
- Develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet objectives.
- Identify key growth areas, emerging markets, and potential clients to expand the company's presence.
- Lead generation and client acquisition through pipeline management, prospect conversion, and relationship development.
- Engage with decision-makers to pitch IT solutions and services, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, issue resolution, and satisfaction enhancement.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting the company's IT services, including software development, cloud services, ERP solutions, and other technology offerings.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, pre-sales, and post-sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback and insights to product development based on client needs, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Regularly provide sales forecasts and performance reports to the leadership team, tracking sales metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to expand the company's presence and engage with potential clients globally.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, with a strong focus on IT solutions and services.
- Excellent understanding of IT services, including software development, web development, cloud computing, ERP solutions, and IT consulting.
- Strong network within the IT industry, with experience engaging with CEOs, Owners, CXOs, IT Heads, and other decision-makers.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing large, complex deals with long sales cycles, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
