Business Analytics Director

Citi, a leading global bank, is seeking an experienced Business Analytics Director to join its team in India. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
Responsibilities- Leverage advanced data analytics techniques to inform business strategy and decision-making
- Lead a team of analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into business operations
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders
- 16+ years of experience in business analytics or a related field
- Proven track record of using analytics to drive business growth and improvement
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct a team of analysts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in business analytics, statistics, or a related field
The compensation package for this role includes a salary range of ₹20,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
