Key Responsibilities

  • Expand Dealer/Distributor Network:
  • Grow sales through robust dealer/distributor networks and direct sales to key clients.
  • Develop New Business Opportunities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market penetration.
  • Market Development:
  • Develop and execute territory-specific strategies to increase brand visibility and product adoption.
  • Conduct Market Research:
  • Understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Dealer and Distributor Management:
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other channel partners.
  • Optimize Inventory Levels:
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products to channel partners.
  • Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to channel partners on product features and effective sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. An MBA is beneficial.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the steel/TMT industry or building materials sector.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the TMT product market and its diverse applications.
  • Core Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Channel Management: Ability to manage and motivate dealer/distributor networks effectively.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving targets.
