As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across agency channels, including recruitment, training, and development of agents. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to increase motor insurance penetration through open market channels.

About the Role:

  • You will manage agency channel sales performance, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • You will identify new business opportunities in the direct market and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Performance Management
  • Manage agency channel sales performance, including recruitment, training, and development of agents.
Business Development
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase motor insurance penetration through open market channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the direct market and develop plans to capitalize on them.
Customer Service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.

Requirements:

  • 1-6 years of experience in general insurance industry, preferably in an agency role.
  • Strong understanding of car insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, and other types of general insurance policies.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
