Sales Excutive

A Sales Executive is a professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager & Sales Associates. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users or customers.

QUALIFICATION: graduation

EXPERIENCE: 2years

AGE: 25-40

SKILLS:

- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
- Resilience.
- Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Commercial awareness.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Monitoring sales objectives and evaluating progress toward company goals
- Evaluating customer satisfaction rates and developing plans to improve ratings
- Planning, creating and delivering sales reports to upper management
- Mentoring and coaching team members to improve sales skill
