Business Growth Strategist

We are looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead business growth and development initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen partnerships with various marketplaces.
- Drive sales, visibility, and market share through business growth discussions with category managers.
- Identify trends and new styles in fashion, lifestyle, home & kitchen, cosmetics, and other relevant categories.
- Promote the company's product pipeline, ensuring faster onboarding of catalogs, approvals, and campaigns.
- Secure exclusive opportunities for our brands, including campaign slots, marketing banners, and collaborations.
- Nurture relationships with platform teams and provide regular updates to headquarters.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce growth or business development, with a strong understanding of marketplaces.
- Excellent communication and PR skills, negotiation, and analytical mindset.
- A hustler mentality, with the ability to think like an owner and drive results.
- High IQ and EQ, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
