Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to drive sales and promote our services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing marketing campaigns, managing the marketing department, and developing forecasts.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business opportunities. A successful Business Growth Strategist will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for center sales performance and revenue growth
  • Develops business plans that support the operation of the center and meet financial targets
  • Supervises trainers and instructors & Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
  • Plans for the operations, sales, and marketing activities of the branch
  • Organizes and conducts College Seminar/workshops
  • Responsible for College/ School tie-up
  • Generates new references from student/Counseling
  • Ensures excellent training service to Student
  • Manages all operational activities of the training center including staffing, facilities, and coordination with Branches
  • Attends meetings, if required with branches for business activities
