Mobile Robotics Operations Leader

Our organization is seeking a seasoned operations expert to lead the mobile robotics team, driving strategic growth and excellence in field service delivery.

  • Strategic Service Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive mobile robotics service strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs, fostering strong relationships through trusted advice.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of mobile robotics operations, including SOPs development for onboarding and field operations, leveraging data to identify inefficiencies and improve processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical guidance on complex mobile robotics systems, sensors, actuators, and associated field instrumentation, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Customer Success Management: Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients post-deployment, promoting successful outcomes through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Role Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. Automotive tech, telematics, or aftermarket MR services experience is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of mobile robotics systems, product ecosystems, and relevant technologies like sensors, actuators, and control systems.
  • Requisites: Currently working with mobile robotics owners, a product company, or in the automotive industry is preferred.
