Senior Field Service Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a strong analytical mindset, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of complex industrial machinery and systems
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Diploma in Electrical or EEE
  • 5-7 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in industrial equipment maintenance and repair
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for complex machinery
