The Technical Services Manager plays a key role in delivering efficient technical support services.

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients seeking support and resolve production issues promptly.
  • Monitor support queues and respond to client inquiries and production issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate support activities, manage support rosters, and schedule meetings.
  • Act as incident/fire captain during production incidents.
  • Evaluate support metrics, such as response time, resolution time, client satisfaction, and ticket volume, to identify areas for improvement.

This role serves as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams on support-related matters, acting as a liaison between clients, technical staff, CSMs, and other departments.
