IT Service Management Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT service management architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of our IT service management platform. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ITSM tools, process improvement, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of our IT service management platform
  • Develop and maintain business processes and procedures for IT service management
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements
  • Design and implement solutions to improve IT service management processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • ITSM tool expertise (e.g., Cherwell, ServiceNow)
  • Process improvement and project management experience
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
