Job Title: Endpoint Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to join our team.

  • This specialist will be responsible for delivering expert-level support and guidance on JAMF Pro/JAMF Cloud, Microsoft Intune, and other endpoint management solutions.

To achieve this goal, the specialist must have extensive technical experience covering JAMF Administration, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot maintenance and engineering, Enterprise level patching and vulnerability management, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced macOS and Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills, with a strong understanding/experience of Remote access technologies and client troubleshooting – Pulse VPN, NetScaler, Zscaler Cloud Proxy.

In addition, they should have experience working in a compliance-driven environment and have a good understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy, Azure AD.

PKI infrastructure - Certificate Management and NDES is also a plus.
