Our company seeks an expert in proposal engineering to take on the key responsibilities outlined below.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Document Preparation: Develop, review, and finalize technical proposals and associated documentation, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
  • Bid Process Management: Coordinate bid initiation meetings, ensure timely clarification of customer inquiries, and facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead a core team in evaluating customer needs, crafting responses to Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Site Visits and Site Assessments: Conduct site visits as necessary to gather information and assess utility/facility constraints related to projects.
  • Commercial and Technical Meetings: Represent the company at commercial and technical meetings with prospective clients, fostering strong relationships and promoting our services.
  • Project Progress Monitoring: Participate in daily and weekly project sales meetings, monitor progress, and prepare reports on the status of each project.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical control systems, including DCS, PLC, RTU, SCADA, HMI, MCC, PCC, VFD, APFC, and other control panels.
  • Electrical Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings to select switchgear based on motor load lists.
  • Load Calculation and Bus Bar Selection: Knowledge of current load calculation and bus bar selection principles.
  • AutoCAD and GA Preparation: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and preparation of general arrangement (GA) documents in Excel.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Excellent communication, analytical, relationship management, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
