Senior Proposal Strategist

As a seasoned proposal strategist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of B2B Sales Process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, document, execute and complete large-scale requests for proposals adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Manage proposal teams, develop win strategies, and create compelling proposal responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage in solutioning and commercial discussions, and contribute to various areas of proposal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, review and refine proposals, and manage post-proposal activities.
  • Collaborate with design teams to showcase proposals in impactful presentation designs.
Content Management
  • Develop knowledge in technical and functional specifications related to advertising/content production/retail activation.
  • Prepare and review pitch responses, ensuring all services are included.
  • Manage knowledge repositories, refreshing data with updated case studies and company information.
Team Management
  • Provide expertise in creative production and retail activation operations to support team members.
  • Assign job flows, support, and mentor team members as needed.
  • Attend internal meetings and drive continuous improvement through best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project Management: Strong organization skills to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to analyze proposal requirements align with client needs.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding pricing strategies, cost modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Writing and Communication: Exceptional ability to craft clear, persuasive, and concise bid content.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams and managing relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: Reviewing proposal documents, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the relevant sector to tailor proposals to client expectations and market trends.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years' experience in proposal management in B2B Sales.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in Creative Production and Retail Activation industry.
