We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Resolution Specialist.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering timely resolutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues related to telecom, VoIP, networking, and general communication services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of complex customer issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols and telecommunications technologies.
