Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to administer disputes on our online platform. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in arbitration or contract drafting, an LLB graduate degree, and excellent communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer disputes on the dispute resolution platform with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative assistance to parties in the dispute resolution process.
  • Manage dispute communication and assist in case management.
  • Support task completion and coordinate with neutrals.
  • Handle neutral empanelment and manage judicial requisitions.
  • Cultivate effective collaboration among teams to resolve challenges.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in arbitration or contract drafting.
  • LLB graduate degree from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in word processing software.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
