Job Title: Conflict Resolution Specialist

 

At HYI.AI, we are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Conflict Resolution Specialist to handle employee and stakeholder concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care.

This role is responsible for maintaining a transparent, compliant, and supportive work environment by receiving, logging, and managing all formal grievances and complaints. You will conduct impartial investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation, mediate between parties to reach fair and timely resolutions, ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws, advise employees and management on grievance handling procedures, and identify recurring patterns and suggest process or policy improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, log, and manage all formal grievances and complaints
  • Conduct impartial investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation
  • Mediate between parties to reach fair and timely resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws
  • Advise employees and management on grievance handling procedures
  • Identify recurring patterns and suggest process or policy improvements

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in grievance handling, employee relations, or a similar role
  • Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills
  • Ability to stay objective and unbiased in sensitive situations
  • High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
