Construction Dispute Resolution Expert

We are seeking an experienced arbitration lawyer to join our leading practice. As a key member of the team, you will drive complex cross-border matters related to international construction disputes.
- Lead multi-jurisdictional arbitrations under various rules including ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and DIAC
- Handle pleadings, evidence, and hearings
- Advise clients on high-value disputes
- Mentor junior lawyers and grow client relationships
- L.L.M. (or equivalent) from a reputable university
- More than 10 years of experience in international arbitration
- 4-5 full arbitrations and 3-4 major construction disputes
- Background with top-tier global or leading firms
- Strong advocacy, drafting, and business development skills
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in international construction disputes to deliver exceptional results for our clients. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for arbitration and dispute resolution.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
