We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Expert.
This position requires the ability to ensure a positive customer journey through effective handling of customer calls, regular follow-ups, issue resolution, and feedback collection via multiple channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics and order management using Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills
- Communicate effectively with customers through verbal and written communication
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Analyze and act on customer feedback to improve overall satisfaction
- Manage logistics and order management with attention to detail
- Strong fluency in English and Hindi
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred
