Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our customer support team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen customer relationships through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, recording all interactions for future reference.
  • Demonstrate the value of our organization to customers by delivering outstanding support and exceeding their expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly disposition.
  • The ability to solve problems quickly and think on your feet.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful customer interactions professionally.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
