Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead
About the Position:We are seeking an accomplished customer service professional to take on a leadership role.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee and direct a team of customer support representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to enhance the performance of the customer support team.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the customer support process.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their objectives and goals.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a customer support or customer service role, with at least 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
