As a key point of contact for customers, this role involves ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
  • Effectively manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
  • Process and manage customer orders on our Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) website platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for shipping vendors and coordinate logistics to efficiently resolve delivery issues.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in ecommerce operations roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
