You will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service and achieving customer satisfaction as a Customer Care Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer care calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Manage customer orders via an e-commerce platform.
- Monitor and update order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds when applicable.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide actionable feedback to enhance customer service processes.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer care or call handling (E-commerce preferred).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English required).
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- A graduate or diploma in any discipline.
- Additional training in customer service is beneficial.
