Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage mid-market and emerging large corporate relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and providing tailored solutions.
  • Regularly review borrower accounts, conduct thorough analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop sustainable business plans, address liquidity concerns, and implement effective turnaround strategies.
  • Oversee stressed assets, ensuring adherence to stipulated terms, and monitoring exposure to mitigate potential risks.
  • Design and implement early warning triggers for allocated accounts, closely monitoring operational and financial performance.
  • Formulate recovery strategies, considering various legal options, to optimize outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial markets, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Reasonable knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring.
  • Satisfactory note-making skills and good command over written and spoken communication.
